One hour on my farm...

And this is why I will have no tulips or iris' this year.

. Dottie's favorite place to lounge...

Don't you love just hanging out on the front porch, preening?

Chicken spa

Fresh fiddle heads for supper.

The last tulip on my property.

and now it's gone.

Why don't they eat the Stinking Benjamins?

Watch your back Charles.

You'd better watch your front too.

Oh, it's okay Dottie. You're still the Queen.

I don't think you're going to like the horse radish though.

Oh Ben, what have we said about personal space?

Smiles from the farm,
Lisa

  1. Lisa, you make me laugh..I love your brand of humor, suits me to a tee. Love the front door on your chicken coop...screen door and spindles and all. Nice! Stella has the most precious face. Hope she is settling in just fine. THat tulip....:) Thanks for the info about the early auctions...will check it out as the weather warms (if ever) The Houston-Brooks auctions are a 2 1/2 hour ride for us, and too early, so we are sticking to the one in Corinth or closer. I love all your gang, hope you have a great day! Hugs, Kathleen

  2. Oh, well now...personal space isn't really all it's cracked up to be. :)

  3. Beware of the goat that loves horseradish! Mine got into the horseradish patch one sunny day and ate it all - roots and tops! It made the very best cheese but the milk....ooooooo. Not so good. It took almost a week for it to work out of their system!
